Look At Question #2, Please

____________________________________________________________________________________

If a 2nd grader has yet
to be exposed to
the Times Table,
the teacher ought
to be teaching gym.

There is no mystery
to the fact that
6 x 4 = 24

There should be no mystery
as to when to write
6 x 4 = 24

QED

The image is an example of the federally-funded  COMMON CORE
program, presently used in more than forty states.

I would regard  this student's work sheet as exemplary IF AND ONLY IF
I had hordes of money invested in the manufacture of pencils.

Authentically talented  is how I would regard any teacher
who has nightmares about the validity
of COMMON CORE  concepts.

But the smartest teachers are the ones who can best articulate
the benefits of COMMON CORE. If you don't believe me,
just take a look at all the bonus money in their paychecks!
