Holy Father to thee
we sing

Saturno, Fedora’s Cousin

While Popes Leo XII, John XXIII, John XIII, and John Paul II have all
worn this style of wide-brimmed hat—named for Saturn’s rings, popular
in summer, and often constructed from beaver hair or straw—
no one looked quite as fly in the style as Benedict XVI.
Here he is peacocking during a St. Peter’s Square audience.
