The one with the haziest crown

How much is that Palm tree in the window?

It will make the haze all go down

The big yellow ball then comes up

How much is that Palm tree in the window?

Beneath sky of gun metal grey

How much is that Palm tree in the window?

Preluding another warm sunny day

Time will fill your big loving cup

When my love will come to California

A doggie will not be with her

A pet awaits in that window

We will call it Mr. Palmer!
