But  Sky Restrictions Do Not Apply

if you are the mayor's son
or the dentist's daughter
or your mother's son
or your father's daughter

However...
   
if you are on the sidewalk or streets
of Long Beach, Short Beach, Seal Beach, 
Sound Beach, Your Beach, My Beach
or anywhere not named "Beach"
please behave like a considerate, 
civilized human being
