No Hope For Comic Relief (CR # 307)

If per chance a  head
must be cut in half
Mr. Guillotine  should
get the last laugh 

If that head 
falls & spins
it should knock down
a few last pins

With no hope
there is one small bone:
why is the cartoonist
left unknown?
