I do not really know
the answer to that question
but I do know a good photograph
when I see one.

First, photography supplanted painting, realer than real.

Then the painter fled the real.
Now, the photographer flees the real.
There is something extra special about
Deleteany good photograph that looks like it
is a painting.
But increased curiosity of what is the reality
DeleteCuriosity is the gateway to art appreciation.
