    What they actually do is absolutely nothing
    but are handsomely compensated for doing so.

    Resultingly, they are the best role models,
    civil service has to offer.

    However, they are very good about sniffing out
    illegal marajuana...Then they listen to
    Billie Holiday music.

    The world is quick to blame the wrong cause of bad results

    Every celebration is a cover-up for something.
    At the very least, it is a cover for...
    the absolute need to celebrate.

    The celebrants are putty in the hands of the celebrated.
    But it is always those who determine what is to be celebrated...
    who have the most power.
